Under normal circumstances, the phrase “Top 100” is a huge turn-off for me, like who has time to compile 100 anything and why do we need 100? Is ten just not sufficient? This train of thought is quickly followed by “Top 100 according to who?” Who died and made you the king, ruler and overlord of this particular subject?
Today must be a good day because I put my snark aside and actually read this particular list. And I must admit, not bad, not bad at all. Some of these I can agree with and even relate to.
For my fellow introverts (and those of us you love us), what do think? Is there a quote or quote(s) that really resonates with you?

I can definitely relate to #2; that drives my husband crazy!
My favorite is #24 🙂

LOL! I like #24 too! I love them all but I could easily do #2 for an entire month (especially during the summer) and be quite content.

LOL….I’m an Extrovert, I can exhaust some Introverts, not on purpose. I’m just extremely high energy first thing in the morning, until my head hits the pillow at night. My Introvert friends like to have time in the morning…I honor it.

Lol! You acknowledge and honor the need for space. I greatly appreciate that consideration; it is extremely rare 😊

Believe me, I learned the hard way. I think my Introvert friend was ready to kill me until we figured out the whole Introvert/Extrovert dynamic. We figured out the time and space and communication needs. When we understood that, we had the best relationship.

My greatest struggle was going to college. I didn’t know it at the time, but my roommate was an extrovert. Like you and your friend, we had to learn how to relate to one another.

I loved the list- had to read them all. #1 and #4 really resonated with me.

I read the entire list also. I found myself nodding, agreeing and laughing as I read; before I knew it, I was at 100!
For #1, I used to think something was wrong with me because I found myself restless and listless in crowds. #4 explains my take on relationships. #24 is my absolute favorite 🙂

Yes! #24 is great. I ended up reading most of the list aloud to my boyfriend. I wish I didn’t feel so guilty/apologetic for my introverted tendencies. Why should I feel bad for being my authentic self?

I understand completely! Only recently have I started accepting what others term “standoffish,” “anti-social” and “moody” tendencies. I think we are just woefully misunderstood!
